Our Clarity Cleans review of 2019
The end of the year is a time of reflection. So, what better time to remember some of the things Clarity Cleans have accomplished in the past 12 months?
This time last year we were expanding and had just moved our head office to its current home at ‘The Stables Business Park’.
We congratulate Alan Turner on his promotion to Clarity Cleans General Manager. His commitment and focus continue is to ensure the continued growth of Clarity Cleans.
Our office manager, Chelsey, was shortlisted for the ‘Somerset Business Awards – young business employee of the year’. We are so pleased for her and congratulate her in all that she continues to do.
We were formally approved as a ‘Living Wage’ Employer in May and as a big believer in the importance of all our team and the superb work they do we are pleased to be able to offer this to our staff.
With the growth of our team we have developed our Operational Management team. Headed up by Nicky, our Operations Manager, we now also have 2 excellent area managers in Darren and Steve.
On our busiest changeover in the peak summer period we achieved over 600 lodge cleans in one day. Well done team!
As part of our environmental commitment, this year we have added 3 hybrid cars to our fleet and will continue to upgrade to hybrids.
We have achieved preferred supplier status with ‘Purchasing for Parks’ through our ongoing professional and high-quality services.
Through our local engagement we have been able to support the Bristol Drug Programme and were pleased to sponsor the Christmas bowling event for the children that are supported by BDP.
We are excited to be building a strategic alliance with Ben Kench and working to develop our website, sales and marketing profile as we move into 2020.
Through our shared commitment to quality and standards, several of our partner parks have achieved Diamond awards at Hoseasons Conference 2019. Congratulations to all the teams and all those they work with for achieving this success at: Tillford Woods (Surrey), Mullion Cove (Cornwall), Bath Mill (Somerset), Cheddar Woods (Somerset).
We wish all those involved a wonderful festive season and bright future moving forward.
