Ann Mary Wardman
Starting the company in 2014, Ann Mary took on ambitious business contracts and surrounded herself with other experienced business people to build this company. Ann Mary recognised the industry needed a high quality and high volume cleaning service and since then she has overseen the company as Clarity has expanded all across the UK.
Sally is our Business Manager. She oversees all operational aspects of the company and juggles a variety of responsibilities. Sally is always providing support, positive and opportunities for development to all the team and the company for its continued growth and success.
Deaglan is our Mergers and Acquisitions Manager. Constantly on the lookout and working on buying new companies or merging them with Clarity. Deaglan has a well established background in M&A, sales and general business skill. When Deaglan takes on a project you can be reassured that it will be completed to an exceptional standard.
Dawn is our Financial Controller; invoicing, taking money, and settling invoices. Dawn is the hub of our Finance Department.
Dave is our Operations Manager. He works closely with Stacey and Flavio in managing the teams that deliver high quality and visible cleaning services whilst driving a culture of safety, accountability and customer focus.
Stacey is our Southern Area Support Manager. She works closely with Dave in managing the teams that deliver high quality and visible cleaning services whilst driving a culture of safety, accountability and customer focus.
As the Office Manager, Chelsey runs head office by keeping the brain of the company running smoothly. She deals with most general questions and queries that come from all over the UK.
As business development, Christi works with partners to develop and maintain our brand and awareness as well as developing relationships.
Flavio is our Croydon Area Support Manager. He works closely with the site managers in managing the teams that deliver high quality and visible cleaning services whilst driving a culture of safety, accountability and customer focus.
