Starting the company in 2014, Ann-Mary took on ambitious business contracts and surrounded herself with other experienced business people to build this company. Ann-Mary recognised the industry needed a high quality and high volume cleaning service and since then she has overseen the company as Clarity has expanded all across the UK.
Alan is our General Manager, he has over 25 years of management experience and with it, he has been helping us shape the business. Such things include strategy, operations, health and safety and finding innovative ways of enhancing delivery within the business. His experience in identifying and meeting the training needs of both new and existing employees enables us to fulfil their potential to make a positive contribution to the business.
Nicky is the Operations Manager, she has many years experience in the facilities support services and brings a wealth of experience to her role. She is responsible for managing the teams that deliver high quality and visible cleaning services whilst driving a culture of safety, accountability and customer focus by actively engaging with staff, addressing and resolving barriers to ensure improvement of safety and standards.
Steven is one of our area managers and oversees our teams in the southern areas ensuring ongoing staff support and development while delivering a quality and consistent service.
Darren, is the other area manager and oversees our teams in the central areas also ensuring ongoing staff support and development while delivering a quality and consistent service.
As the Office Manager, Chelsey runs head office by keeping the brain of the company running smoothly. She deals with most general questions and queries that come from all over the UK.
Dawn Clarke – Dawn is our Financial Controller; invoicing, taking money, and settling invoices. Dawn is the hub of our Finance Department.
Flavio is our London Office Administrator. He makes sure the office is organised, productive and keeps health and safety in check for the London sites.
As business development, Christi works with partners to develop and maintain our brand and awareness as well as developing relationships.
